+$99 WINDOW PULLS for up to 5 photos with window pulls Want your exposures to have perfectly lit windows and interior lighting? We will take multiple exposures and manually blend these images in Photoshop to show of the exterior landscape and interior lighting for a magazine quality result. (note that this will likely add extra $1.50/minutes to your shoot time because we do more work during the shooting) GREAT FOR HIGH END LISTINGS & DESIGNER SPACES

+$99 DETAIL SHOTS Get 5-10 awesome detail shots which are taken with a lower f-stop lens creating beautiful out-of-focus backgrounds and focus on the architecture and decor - great for marketing materials, post cards, flyers, Instagram & Facebook social media posts, editorials, magazines

+$49 SAME DAY photo delivery by midnight (check with photographer to make sure schedule can be accommodated)

+$25 NEXT DAY photo delivery by noon (check with photographer to make sure schedule can be accommodated)

$25+ travel fee for locations further than 30 minute drive from Richfield, Ohio

$50 reschedule fee for same day cancelations and unaccessible property after scheduled arrival or retaking photos for reasons out of photographers control (does not include photographers recommending weather-related rescheduling ). Cancelations day before - $25. Same day cancelation - $50.

NOTE ABOUT PHOTOGRAPHER ARRIVAL TIMES: We always aim to arrive on time, however the nature of real estate photography can vary from home to home and sometimes your photographer may arrive about 30 minutes early or late - depending on prior photoshoots.

WEATHER RESCHEDULE: We do not charge you to reschedule a shoot if we recommend a reschedule for weather.
